Q: I need two --right side and left side of the Monarch 712L . I have attached a picture of the outside pieces as seen here:

and one of what the inside looks like. I am trying to replace the outside pieces which has seen its more beautiful days. I have no clue if the device is a concealed vertical rod device or a mortise device. If I am chasing the wrong stuff please let me know. I so appreciate your help.

It is through using these that I was able to accurately determine what trim you need. It turns out that you were very close with your guess on the part number but it wasn't completely accurate.
