McKinney TA393 LH 32D QC4

The TA393 is a three knuckle heavy weight hinge set that comes with one anchor hinge and two 5" x 4-1/2" full mortise hinges. They are used with concealed door holders or door closers on doors where high traffic, abuse, or other door hardware place an unusual strain on the door, jamb, and hinges.
