Q: actually I think mine is a riveted hinge pin. It does not have setting screw and the top and the bottom of the pin is very "skinny". I guess in that case there is no way to take it apart? Thanks
A:
If you indeed have a riveted pin it would be correct to say that you would not have the ability to remove that short of grinding one of the riveted components completely off. Before you go to this extreme measure please send us photographs of your hinge and in particular of the pin so that we can give you a more focused direction forward.
Q: The description says "Bearing-like" (Knuckles are machined with bearing-like surfaces to move against each other). Are they actual bearings or not? Thanks.

They are not “actual bearings”, in fact they are superior. Please review the Official documentation from the manufacturer regarding what this hinge exactly is and is not as seen here:
