Q: hi, my name is ray. I have several master locks that have no combinations. brand:master locks. I have a few questions for you. 1. do locksmiths have a manual to look up this serial # to get combinations or do they decode the locks to get combinations? 2.is it any way possible to get a manual that has the combinations I need to open these locks I have. I rather have my own records of combinations where I don't have to wait for locksmiths to get around to give me combinations. your help will be greatly appreciated. thank you.

If they have this normal combo lock with override key on the back, it is registered with ML and can be traced with the serial number on the lock to find the key linked with the lock, and in turn be shipped to use and change the combo.
