This half-surface aluminum Pin And Barrel continuous hinge can be used to repair doors that need the frame reinforced. It can also be used on openings that have too large a gap between the door and frame. The hinge is edge mounted on the frame and surface mounted on the door. This series is extruded using 30% more aluminum than most geared hinges providing for exceptional strength and durability. Markar 100 Series Hinges are NOT fire rated.
