Q: Do you folks have or are you able to make a version of your HIT-41 except that what we want to mortise is a 4-1/2” hinge in an aluminum door/frame? perhaps you can make one for a very specific hinge reinforcement plate such as Dorex plate as seen here:

And those for mounting holes 2 at either end would be how the template would be prepped to temporarily hold the unit down to the edge of the door and to the rabbit of the frame. Is this something that you have or have looked at or can produce? I cant think of an instance in the past until today that Ive had someone needing to prep aluminum storefront in the field for hinges so I would certainly understand if the lack of demand would be the reason for never having to cross this bridge so to speak. please review and advise
