A: Sorry but no - a double cylinder is available only in the Brushed Brass finish.

Q: It says in the description that the 8003-W Double cylinder deadlock has a white finish. True? Would rather have silver or black though.
A: The -W does indeed = White finish.

Q: Is the one cylinder able to be removed and replaced?
A: Are you referring to the cylinder on the inside or the outside of the door? The cylinder round the exterior can certainly be replaced because it is a typical rim cylinder however the cylinder on the interior cannot be replaced.
