Automatic Door Label Kit for Benchmark 9100 series operator
Also known as 740031 Label Kit
Kit includes:
2pc 6-1/2" diameter yellow circle "CAUTION AUTOMATIC DOOR" (2 sided) labels
2 pc 6-1/2" x 1-3/4" blue rectangle "ACTIVATE SWITCH TO OPERATE" (2 sided) labels
1 pc 5" x 1-3/4" blue rectangle "PUSH TO OPERATE" label (1 sided)
1 pc 5" x 1-3/4" blue rectangle "PULL TO OPERATE" label (1 sided)
Mount labels on door at a height of 58" (+/-5") in a symmetrical pattern
ANSI A156.19-1997 requires these Applications for all low energy doors. Failure to do so leaves the installer LIABLE for any accident that might occur. THESE SIGNS MUST BE USED!

Q: What could cause a 9100 Series Benchmark operator not to open when the actuator is pushed?
A:
If the 9100 Series Benchmark operator does not open when the actuator is pushed::
Verify the unit has 120 volts applied to it.
Verify the the power light on the control box is on. If not, check the fuses.
Verify that the activation device is connected to the "Main Act" and "Main Act" terminals on the control box.
Verify that the motor and encoder connectors are properly connected to the control box.
If all these steps are correct, the control box is defective and must be replaced.
