    • 2pc 6-1/2" diameter yellow circle "CAUTION AUTOMATIC DOOR" (2 sided) labels
    • 2 pc 6-1/2" x 1-3/4" blue rectangle "ACTIVATE SWITCH TO OPERATE" (2 sided) labels
    • 1 pc 5" x 1-3/4" blue rectangle "PUSH TO OPERATE" label (1 sided)
    • 1 pc 5" x 1-3/4" blue rectangle "PULL TO OPERATE" label (1 sided)
  • Mount labels on door at a height of 58" (+/-5") in a symmetrical pattern

Q: What could cause a 9100 Series Benchmark operator not to open when the actuator is pushed?
A: If the 9100 Series Benchmark operator does not open when the actuator is pushed::

  • Verify the unit has 120 volts applied to it.
  • Verify the the power light on the control box is on. If not, check the fuses.
  • Verify that the activation device is connected to the "Main Act" and "Main Act" terminals on the control box.
  • Verify that the motor and encoder connectors are properly connected to the control box.
  • If all these steps are correct, the control box is defective and must be replaced.
