Q: I bought 2 new LCN 1461 door closers for my church. I have center pivot doors. Can I use them on center pivot doors? I dont see any instructions for that. I dont know. I am new to this church. They have not had anyone to help them with maintenance in a long time. Hurricane Zeta destroyed roofs and records. Can you at least tell me if these will work on a pivot type hinge? Thanks
A: Yes, the LCN 1461 will work. Use the vertical axis of pivot of the center hung pivot for your vertical door closer point of reference.
