A: We have documentation, but tell me what power supply are you using and what is the issue with the installation?
Q: NP1. Not retracting the concealed vertical rods.
A: Are you sure that you have output voltage and if yes what other troubleshooting steps have you already gone through?
Q: Yes, we have output voltage. We purchased the NP1 power supply hoping it would resolve our issue. Im told that the internal rod at motor is turning the wrong way.
A: Is there any chance that your polarity is reversed which would make the motor run backwards.
Q: The MEL motor is the part that’s turning the wrong way.
A: Have you reversed the polarity on the power going to the MEL motor?
