Q: Please find out the amperage draw of this device because were going to place an order for a couple of them with a power supply and I need to be able to tell the client the gauge of wire to use depending on his distance which I believe to be 300

A: The 233381MEL pulls a 1 amp max inrush, 400mA max holding. This panic requires the SP 2000 power supply as seen here:
