Q: Is this 84" or 108" long? Picture #3 shows 84".
A: The 200762 is listed in 84", 96" & 108" lengths as seen here:

Q: What is the depth of the aluminum channel that fits into the door. Your sketch shows an overall depth of 5/8", but I would like the depth of the Aluminum part. Also are there predrilled holes in the aluminum channel and if so what is the spacing center to center of the holes? How far from the end does the first hole start? If I buy the 108" length, can it be cut to fit with a hacksaw? Thanks.
A: The aluminum part is on the door and therefore we cannot measure it. The holes are predrilled and the CTC = 8-1/2" and 2-1/2" end to first hole and can easily be cut with a hacksaw.
Q: What is the difference between the 200762 and 200763 for the Kawneer Astragal? Is it just the pile height and the aluminum frame depth is the same on both?
A: Correct, the only (only) difference is the projection of the pile.
Q: Rich- I just received a call and a client advised that for the products as seen here, the pricing for the 108" is cheaper than the 96" and 84". This client was looking into ordering an 84", though she advised me that if the 108" is cheaper shell order that one- is this priced this way for a reason or is this a mistake?
A: This is not a mistake. The 108 material is less than the 84 or 96. when a client orders the 84 or 96 we collect the screw hole location and then cut it to length. The labor is covered by the extra cost.
Why would a client NOT order a 108 when they have an 84 door (and pay more for the material)? The freight charge is why. Freight on a 108 is far, far more costly than the 84 shipping charge. Quote the client both ways.
