A: It will not - The Kawneer 137343 and Adams Rite MS850S items are not compatible. The Adams Rite 4085 Header Bolt provides top-of-door third locking point for pairs of doors when working in conjunction with an MS® pivoted bolt deadlock and 4015 Threshold Bolt in the active leaf and can be reviewed on pages 172 - 173 of the manufacturers catalog as seen here:

A: The Kawneer 137343 Controller Locking system is manually engaged with access through the strike preparation in the edge of the inactive door. The controller is secured when the 1-3/8" (34.9) throw, five ply laminated steel bolt of the M.S. lock is thrown into the inactive door and in this way permits three-point locking meaning to points in the inactivation than one point in the active door. The elegance operation of this unit is such that when you unlock the bolt in the active door you automatically unbolt both doors.

According to the manufacturer this controller is used on pairs of exterior doors where exit devices are not required but manual flush bolts are not permitted by local building code.
