Q: We have one of these knobs and we would like to change the code. We have no key for it and no instruction book. Help would be greatful. We also are having issues with it. It drains bateries in about 2 weeks but this time the batteries are good and nothing works. If we have to order a new knob we will But we need to do something ASAP. Thanks

A: The lever is field reversible. If the handing is incorrect, insert a small pick or flat screwdriver in the hole in the hub as shown. Gently pry back the spring clip inside the hub, and remove the handle as seen on page 37 of the installation instructions as seen here

Q: When the thumb turn is engaged both master and user code still open the lock from the outside. Why would this be?
A: I do not understand. The master and user codes will always operate the lock. Please clarify.
Q: The keypad on our F66-20B010WS-62VER stopped responding. LEDs not flashing. Replaced the batteries. No change. Can this be recovered or does the lock need to be replaced?
A: This condition generally indicates a replacement is required.
