A: Medeco has their standard full size interchangeable core system which also happens to be compatible with Yale. Having said this, Medeco also manufactures interchangeable core cylinders that are compatible with the small-format interchangeable core system which is also known as Best, Arrow, Falcon compatible. However it is not correct to conclude that the Medeco small format interchangeable core is a Medeco format. It is correct to say the Medeco small format is known to be Best, Arrow, Falcon otherwise known as SFIC which stands for "small format interchangeable core".
The KABA 3423426D01 E-Plex 5000Series - Outside Lever, Assa/Medeco/Yale - Satin Chrome is compatible with the standard full-size medical interchangeable core system.
If you are looking for a small format interchangeable core system, again that Medeco manufacturered cores are compatible with, then you want the KABA 3423326D01 E-Plex 5000Series - Outside Lever, Best - Satin Chrome as seen here:
