and asked if there was an available parts drawing for this item and to determine if there are any available serviceable parts for this item and in particular "Keypad numbers are wearing out" - can anything be done about this?
The manufacturer told us:
Their tech sales call extension charges $50 per call..........
and when we pressed them:
they gave me a sales rep Gene; he told me that was what I had to call to get the info I needed.
May we assist you with replacing your keypad to another brand that will, without a fee, support the item they had already sold you?
