Q: hi i am from the uk will this drill euro locks

A: I have a small amount of experience and exposure to euro type cylinders and I am tempted to say this HPC item would not be a proper tool for this application as the general shape and shear line design are different.

Is there a follow up question that we can perhaps attempt to answer?

reusing the cylinder housing would not be possible as you drill the control lug destroying the cylinder housing in the process.

A: It's very unlikely that it would and while you could certainly determine what key way that is and then modify a blank to fit into the cylinder eater , the positioning of the holes where you would place the drill is very certainly not going to be in the precise exact location necessary - without having all of the facts I would consider the answer to be knowin this case.
