Hoffco

Archon Woodworks was founded as Hoffco Inc. in 1983 with only three employees in Wood Lake, Minnesota. The company started with the vision of being a “specials department”, making accessories for national kitchen cabinet manufacturers.
Originally the products manufactured were pantry kits, wine racks, galley rail and wood corner blocks. Over time that expanded to include spin trays, appliance garages, valances, organizers, stemware racks, wood hoods, hood ventilation, tray divider kits and end shelves.
The acquisition of Valley Oak Cabinet Doors in 2005 added the capability of cabinet door manufacturing. Beginning as a small cabinet shop in 1990 with only two employees, the company relocated in 1997 to the present facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Today they manufacture cabinet doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes and associated items for small to mid-sized kitchen cabinet shops.
From humble beginnings, Archon Woodworks grew with multiple expansions. After the recent decline in the housing marketplace, the company responded by redefining our direction and added new product brands. Over time we have transitioned from a kitchen cabinet accessory manufacturer to a unique wood products company that provides specialty service, woodworking expertise and finishing capabilities.
In late 2013, the realigned company emerged as Archon Woodworks Inc., a unified manufacturing company, marketing a family of five brands. Currently, Archon Woodworks operates in three facilities with one in Wood Lake, Minnesota and two in Omaha, Nebraska.
