Q: can it be apply on Hollow metal doorS also?
A:
The Hager 730S-MIL-S is meant to be mortised into the bottom and is screwed into the bottom of the door through the flanges. For this reason, it would only be recommended for use with a wooden door. It would require special machining to be used with a hollow metal door. Hager does have an automatic door bottom, part# 742S, which is specifically for use with a hollow metal door...
