A: what type of adjustment do you need to make?
Q: Gap at bottom of door is greater at bottom than top. This causes the bottom of the door to hit the opposite jamb.
A: Reply to this email with photographs and video if possible so as to better illustrate your condition.
Q: Hi, why don't the pins come with the Hager 500 US26D?
A: Forgive me - what pin are you referring to?
Q: The short and long solid pins for the top and bottom are about 1/2 inch diameter.
A: Those pins, as seen in the manufacturer's installation instructions here :

are included when you purchase the entire 500 rack and pinion concealed pivot.

Perhaps are you attempting to ask why they're not available as separate stand-alone products meaning perhaps you have lost them and need one replaced or you have a unit that is so worn that the pin needs to be replaced.

Please clarify so that I understand what goal you need to accomplish.

Q: Do you have a template for 3/4" applied panel work on face of 1 3/4" door to make hidden door
A: How heavy do you anticipate this door being? it seems as if the door that youre going to bills will exceed the maximum weight rating of 80 lbs for this rack and pinion center hung pivot.
Q: Thanks for the reply we would use the 550 with weight range of 150 LB for 3-0" wide x 7 high door and applied stiles, rails and panel mould.
