Q: will this fit most sfic lever sets
A: I have not tried the Hager 2-639-7060 SFIC Tailpiece with other SFIC locks such as Best, Arrow, Falcon but given the general, universal type design, I would encourage you to experiment nd report back you finding for us to amend to the question.
