Q: Do you have the Hager door viewer 1756 for doors up to 2-3/8" thick?
A:
The door if you were that we would have to handle a door thickness that is 2-3/8" would be the part number Rockwood 621-CRM 160° Door Viewer - Bright Chrome as seen here:

Q: We are going to equip the fire door with Hager 1765 door viewer. According to the cutsheet describal, it has a 90-minute UL fire fire rated. Could you please provide the UL certification to me? We hope we can place an order with you as soon as the designer confirms this products. We have a designer meeting tomorrow morning to discuss this product. If possible, I hope to receive the UL certificate today.
A:
The Hager 1765 is not UL listed and as a reault I do not have a UL certification for that product. The 1755 viewer is going to most absolutely have a label on the body of the viewer. This label will include information such as the record locator which is how the factory would find and produce their certification documentation that the unit has been found in compliance with the fire test. I do know that any product not UL listed will void the UL rating. and therefore the Hager 1765 is not permissible for use with the 1755 on a 90 min opening (or any rated opening).
