Questions and Answers
Q: My door has 3 1/2 " hinges. Does Hager make that size? Also, How do I know how many self closing hinges I need? My door is a bedroom door. Not heavy at all.?
A: Hager certainly does make a 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" size as seen here :

and I would purchase two spring hinges for your application.

Q: Why is there a 2nd pin-hole in the bottom of the hinge?
A: You might be referring to the whole that is there to keep the end of the spring in a specific location so that when you set tension you can actually set and hold a tension on a compressed spring.
Q: How do you remove a door that has these hinges? Can the hinge pin be removed like a regular door hinge, or do you have to unscrew the hinge from the door or the frame?
A: The only way to remove the hinge is to indeed unscrew the hinge from the door or the frame.
