Q: What is the difference between a TC4300 and a TC612?
A: Both are Grade 1 surface door closers, but the body shape and more importantly the footprint of the screw holes are totally different.

Q: what is the defference in a TC4300-AL and a TA4300-DU
A: Only the color. The AL = Aluminum color and the DU = Duronodic (dark brown/bronze) color.
Q: Haley is back at Global Door/Trans Atlantic/Imperial USA. She told me GLOBAL DOOR TC4300 is a direct replacement for LCN 4040
A: It is, if you consider an Asian manufactured cloned door closer a direct replacement for an original LCN made in Princeton Illinois.
Q: Does global door controls make a closer that goes 180°?
A: Yes and in fact all door closer manufacturers would be able to provide a product that will allow a door to go to 180°
