They also provide a perfect paper trail for ensuring defective forklifts are repaired before being returned to service and for reporting accidents or near misses.
Also included, is a fold over Spanish template.
The template, when inserted into the LOG, allows it to be used by both English and Spanish speaking operators!
Each book includes Log Forms (enough for 624 shifts), Repair Request Forms (24 sets), Accident Report Forms (4 sets), Near-Miss Incident Reports (4 sets) and Routine Maintenance Logs (60 events).
