It also comes complete with a lock, four lock-out tags and zip ties.
Designed to lock-out a wide variety of forklift, propane tanks, batteries and chargers
Whenever a machine has a mechanical failure and is unsafe to operate, it must be locked out until repaired by a qualified and authorized person. OSHA requires that companies must isolate from its energy source, and render inoperative, any machine or equipment prior to servicing, maintenance or repair by employees (1910.147).
