Q: Will this end cap work on the Monarch 18 - series?

Indeed yes - we have successfully supplied the Falcon 650343 Channel End Cap with Screws for 19 and F19 Series Rim Exit Devices end cap for clients who have installed them onto the Monarch 18 - series and have confirmed that it did indeed fit on to the discontinued 18 series.
Q: What are the dimensions? on my device the channel is 2" X 2 1/2"

I don't have exact dimensions of the Falcon 650343 19 Channel End Cap Kit with Screws but your best bet to be sure that you're ordering the correct end cap is to simply reply with photographs of the exit device or I can guarantee at the proper end cap compatibility.
