it is Precision brand. Is that brand still available so that the prep would work to switch them (2) out to a fire exit device ? Thank you

A: There are at times minor differences between templating for panic rated and fire rated exit devices and other hardware but any sort of changes needed to upgrade those devices to fire rated would be minimal at best and the only thing may have to do would be to change the strike as I sometimes see a different strike used on fire assemblies.
