Q: How do I fix a Benchmark 9100 that the belt keeps sliding down on motor gearbox?
A:
The Benchmark and Falcon operator gearbox assemblies are not repairable. The gearbox belt and/or pulley cannot be replaced in the field, the gearbox would need to be replaced as a complete assembly.

Q: Will the 9100 series Benchmark III power an electric strike?
A:
The Benchmark III control has a 24VDC, 2.5 amp power supply, and built in relay for controlling electric strikes or other accessories less than 2.5 amps current load.
For a fail secure strike, run a jumper from 24VDC - (negative) to relay common. Then run a wire from NO relay (normally open) to one wire on the electric strike.
For fail safe strike, run a jumper from 24VDC - (negative) to relay common. Then run a wire from NC relay (normally closed) to one wire on the electric strike.
