Questions and Answers

Q: How many Ohms should this unit be reading ? The client states 1 Ohm is read.

A: The motor should read 12 ohms.

I am not sure exactly what is going on with the door…but the control could be a possibility. You may need to call a door service company out and troubleshoot the door further.
