• The manufacturer states that this product fits standard 160 and 161 door prep. That is not entirely accurate. This unit will require a 2-1/8" cross bore at the appropriate backset according to the lockset you have ordered which will be either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4", the edge per the template is to be 1" (however our review would show a large bore of 15/16" would be more desirable) and then an edge preparation that would have a 2-1/4" tall x 1" wide faceplate with 1/4" radius corners.
