A: That part number according to the factory is Dor-O-Matic SCREW.1106 10-32 ?” UFPH TF STL and the black oxide version of that screw can be seen here:

The black oxide version would be what you would use for a dark bronze chassis. It should be noted that you only see this screw when the exit device is installed onto a door that has glass that allows you to see the rear side of the exit device.
