Product Description:
Door-Aid Door Operator/On Demand, Dark Bronze
Electrically controlled door opener which is comprised of a surface mounted activator arm and roller with no direct attachment to the door being operated. Activated by push-button units but optional infrared or motion sensors available. The system automatically stops in the event of meeting an obstruction. The unit has concealed adjutment knobs, including those for opening speed and hold open time from 5-15 seconds. The door is able to reactivate during the 'hold open' or 'closing' mode so allowing additional opening time.
