Don-Jo has a minimum order requirement. Orders smaller than the required minimum have a longer lead time as we need to consolidate onto a "stock" order. If you need a faster lead time, simply exceed the minimum order amount.

Please tell me first what was the thickness of the original casing, what was the overall width of the original strike plate, and then confirm that the thickness of your 1 x 4 is actually three quarter inch thick.
