Don-Jo has a minimum order requirement. Orders smaller than the required minimum have a longer lead time as we need to consolidate onto a "stock" order. If you need a faster lead time, simply exceed the minimum order amount.

is indeed 4-1/4” overall length. I would imagine that you are attempting to convert a door that has a 4-7/8” strike prep in the edge of the door and I would suggest that you simply take the Gulfport DR180 as seen on page 15 here:
Cut it at the top and bottom on your chop saw and then drill and countersink the two new holes necessary. The thickness of the steel is going to be slightly thicker than your recessed mounting tabs will allow so you'll need to bend back your mounting tabs slightly to account for the additional thickness.
