Questions and Answers
Q: The 12-CW is it 5.125" wide or 4-1/4" wide ?
A: 5 1/8” is the correct width.

Don-Jo did a running change when MAG went out of business. We had a lot of request for ours to match what they had been making.

It’s probably been 5 years that we have been making any wrap that is over 12” tall 5 1/8” wide.

Q: Hi Richard, I have attached pics of the door as seen here:

it has so many holes from previous installations that I think the Don-Jo wrap would work better then caulking them with wood putty. The thickness of the door is 1" 3/4, the holes span about 10" from top to bottom. So I was wondering if you think a wrap like you have would work and which one, and can a door handle and lock be installed over it. Kind Regards Pina T

A: I think a far better option for such a door would be dutchman all of the old holes. The problem that you have is the dentile work that's been done underneath the window as it's going to interfere and conflict with a wraparound plate. again please refer to my first sentence, a dutchman would be far preferable in this scenario. having said that a custom plate like this if you needed a custom plate is likely to cost certainly well over $100 and realistically closer to 200. Do you think something like this might work ?:

Q: Thank you for getting back with me, after much consideration on t your product we will not be able to use it. We went and cocked the existing holes to go with all new hardware for it.
A: Thank you for your response and feedback on this job and I stand ready to assist on this or future potential projects.
