A: Actually, the bolt is so specific in threading and pitch that I seriously doubt any other company would stock something so unique, especially with a matching finish option. I'll just send you a replacement product if you're able to provide me the original po# that it was ordered on. If the po is older than a year and the item is out of warranty, I'd be willing to help you out and still try to replace it for you.

I could replace it at no-charge in that case but the freight you'd have to cover as it wouldn't qualify for free shipping.
