A: Other clients to in the past have sought out this version of the hinge with three holes and they certainly did once upon a time exist. However I have not been able to source them and am convinced that they were likely discontinued years ago however clients have with complete success purchase this hinge and simply drill the additional hole that they're installation required.
I would suggest the same solution for this scenario.
Q: The Molded Nylon washer broke on my hinge, so the rod is falling out. Can I have the dimensions of the nylon washer?
A: This nylon washer is a very particular piece of equipment and I do not believe can be replicated my purchasing, say a nylon washer with identical or even similar dimensions. Having said that the thickness of the washer is .228” the outside diameter of the washer is .093”
