• All steel cabinets receive a powder coated finish after a 3 step wash and cleaning process.
• The finish provides very good scratch, abrasion, chip and chemical resistance.
• Hinges are full door height piano hinges instead of two small separate hinges
• Hinge metal is .170 thick.
• Pin is .100 diameter.
• Hinges are heli-arc welded and riveted to cabinet body on reinforced sills and doors.
• Self lubricating with tested life of 750,000 cycles.
• Handed. Select right or left hinge side.
• Handles: Stainless steel with nylon inserts on 4" centers secured with two # 10-32 phillips screws and two lock washers accessible from interior.
• Shelves : Fully height adjustable in .500" increments. Ladders flush perforations in cabinet walls.
• Drawers: Welded to form a single integral unit with completely smooth drawer pan free of screw heads or spot welds.
• Drawer Slides: Ball bearing type, full extension, maximum 100 lbs. per drawer.
