Cal-Royal has a minimum order requirement. Orders smaller than the required minimum have a longer lead time as we need to consolidate onto a stock order. If you need a faster lead time, simply exceed the minimum order amount.
For a 4 ft wide door I would install the door portion approximately 18” from the edge of the door to the center line of the hardware and holding it about 1 inch down from the top of the door.
Regarding the dimension from the hinge jamb to the centerline of the hardware on the header I would hold that approximately 21” over.
Obviously do a reality check on this installation prior to drilling any holes.
