Burns has a minimum order requirement. Orders smaller than the required minimum have a longer lead time as we need to consolidate onto a "stock" order. If you need a faster lead time, simply exceed the minimum order amount.

Absolutely there is a better solution - hinge pin door stops and roller bumpers are really only last resort types of solutions to the problem that you have. The correct piece of hardware to use is called an overhead stop and of this piece of hardware can be reviewed as seen in here:
