A: Hydrostatic test after 12 years and every 6 after. Tagging the system would vary by state. Some twice a year and some none at all. Thank you
Q: How often Cylinder need to be changed or refilled?
A: Hydrostatic tests are needed after 12 years, and every 6 years thereafter. As long as the cylinder passes the hydrostatic test, it can be re-certified.

System inspection to be in service will depend on local Authority Having Jurisdiction. Many states require a system inspection twice a year to be compliant but that will vary based on your location.

The cylinder should then be recharged in accordance with this manual and returned to service. You can find further guidelines within this technical manual.
