Q: Does BFR-15 have an effect on the operation of a propane appliance pilot after contact if not properly cleaned
A: No the BFR-15 does not have an effect. If the system fires make sure to was everything down with warm soapy water like the manual states. I would check to make sure it’s not a bad pilot light that is usually the cause of the problem when this happens. Let me know if you have any more questions.
