Q: can you use magnetic mount on wood doors
A: You cannot. A magnetic mount for a kick plate must be used when you have a ferrous based material door. Typical steel doors is when you might consider a magnetic mount for a kick plate.

Q: Can I get the 6 x 36 inch kick plate in Verdigris? Drop down list does not show it?
A: We no longer do actual verdigris finish due to the chemicals involved and the lack of durability. We do offer a verdigris powder coat that is a pretty good look with great durability, for the same price as our weathered finishes. Please note, 36" is a custom size and will be approx. 3 week lead time.
Q: My door is 35.75", and i am looking for a 35.5" kick plate. Since 36" is custom already, can you do 35.5"?

A: Brass Accents no longer lists antique copper as an available finish for protection plates. Would you consider one of the alternative finishes ?

is ordered in 609 Antique Brass, the base material of the Kick Plate is solid brass.
