Concealed or Exposed Block Wall Mounting Kit

Part for Bradley Series 800 - Mounting Kits and Anchoring Devices
Price per Flange
Material Required (items A-D included with 899-016 Kit):
A. Front anchor plate 3" x 3" x 1/8" cold rolled steel-center slot punched and 2 fastener holes pre-punched.
B. (2) 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" umbar-plated Philips oval head rollock tapping screws.
C. (1) 3/8-16 steel zinc-plated tie rod with nut.
D. Back anchor plate 3" x 3" x 3/16" cold rolled steel -tapped for and including 3/8-16 stud and nut.
E. Finished wall thickness (to be furnished if over 3/4") Additional Charge for thickness over 3/4".
F. Masonry wall (thickness to be furnished).
Installation:
Fasten to studs before wall is applied. Recess as required for flush finish wall application.
To attach grab bar, drill #2 (.221 diameter) holes
Attach with 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" umbar-plated Philips oval head rollock tapping screws

A: Per Bradley:

Engineering The 899-016000, mounting kit is set to accommodate a wall 2-3/4" thick only. No other variations of this mounting kit have been made to date, customer should provide their own threaded rod.

I am awaiting a confirmation on my follow up question which is:

Would it be accurate to say in this scenario that the unit no longer carries a manufacturer's original warranty?

Q: The manufacturer has supplied the following information:

A: Bradley's warranty only applies to product that we offer / supply. If the customer requires different product they will need to obtain locally and the warranty would be carried by that supplier. The longer threaded rod is not covered by Bradley. If it would break then whoever the customer purchased it from holds the warranty.

I also asked the manufacturer to confirm the thread type of the threaded rod to which they provided
