Q: Ms Albert has sent the order information to me. After looking at the installation, the one dispenser that is missing a bottle has a broken bottle nut. Because of that, a bottle cannot be screwed on. If a bottle nut is unavailable, I will have to order a new dispenser. But before ordering the replacement, I need to measure the spout to make sure I order the right one to match the others. This (measuring) will be done this Sunday. Thank you for your assistance.
