Q: The dispenser, 6324-68, with the 32 oz plastic globe (soap bottle) appears to be the one that is installed. However, the Bradley dispenser Mod. 6326 also looks like the one we have. Is there any difference besides price? We are in need of 3 fill bottles for the dispenser, one to use immediately and 2 to keep as spares (we think the missing soap bottle was stolen). We are also in need of 2 special keys, one to use and one to keep as a spare. Please advise on how to place an order for these items. Thank you, Richard

Q: Thank you for your quick response. I do have another question. One of our dispensers has to be pumped many times before soap comes out. Would pumping hot water from a glass after removing the bottle a solution or is there another recommended way to correct this problem? Thank you, Richard
A: This is surely a failure of the manufacturers suggested routine maintenance, which is, with every soap refill there should be warm water poured into the bottle and flushed thoroughly through the system to keep the soap valve and associated parts from becoming polluted with solidifying soap.

If this procedure does not help, a new soap valve assembly would be required (which we can provide).

Q: Are the threaded plastic piece that goes through the sink 4 3/4" I need a longer one
A: I am sure you can build a custom unit by purchasing 2 - complete soap dispensers, taking the threaded stem from the second unit (cutting it to length), using the bottle cap from the second unit as a coupling nut (I would use a thread compound) and creating a custom length stem to suit your conditions.
