Q: Is there a tool for changing the TP with the theft resistant spindle. It is hard to remove and replace

A: There is not tool to remove the spindle from the 5263 as this is simply a spring loaded, common and typical spindle as seen here:

which is used in the 5263-52 version of this toliet paper holder.
