Q: how to use it?
A: From Bradley:
it's just a bent piece of metal that allows you to slip it behind the mirror and pull it off the wall a little bit. once it's pulled away from the wall about 1/4" to 1/2", you should be able to pull the mirror up off the wall
Q: how long is the release tool
A: The length of the Bradley 330-074 Mirror Release Tool is 5-3/4”
Q: More details on how to use it or where to place it
A: When the mirror is installed over a wall bracket that the slots on the back of the mirror slide over. When the mirror is secured to the wall, a concealed locking tab will snap into locking position (you will hear the locking tab snap into place). The special tool available from Bradley (330-074) is required to press down the locking tab to remove (by lifting upwards) the mirror from the wall.
This procedure is detailed in the installation instructions of the 700 series mirror as seen here:

Q: using the bradley removal tool do you slide up from the bottom to release
A: The tool would be used from both the top and the bottom and its purpose is to assist in depressing the locking tab down so as to remove the mirror from the wall.
The tool is referred to in the installation instructions as seen here

Q: When using the tool, do you release one side at a time or do you do both tops then bottoms. i do have 2 brackets on my mirror. My next question then is do you do one side then the other. Or do you release the bottoms at the same time and then the tops. I have 60” mirrors, so 2 locking brackets. Thank you
A: Regarding the removal of the mirror from the wall I would recommend two tools and two individuals doing the work simultaneously. There is a single retaining tab at the bottom of each ‘I’ mounting bracket that when you insert the tool from the bottom and engage that mounting tab you'll be able to push the tool towards the face of the door and release that tab and then push up on the mirror to remove from the wall.

Q: Can you provide the measurement to the 1st bend & 1st bend to 2nd bend?
A: Measuring from the "handle side", the distance form the end to the first bend = 4" and then to the second bend = 1-1/2"
