Q: I have a Bobrick soap dispenser with a B-822 bottle. The bottle cap is broken. The number on my bottle capp is 822-191. I have not found this number anywhere. Do you know if the 822-94 is the correct replacement. It appears to be the same on the images you provide. Thank you

Q: We have a similar looking cap but there is no threading inside it. There isn’t something that the plastic bottle can screw into. Does that mean we lost a portion of the cap or a part that screws on to this? Does this part come along with other parts?
